Hand-shake and noise are common problems when shooting night scenes and places with dim lighting. All you need to do, though, is to set the FX68 to iA mode. POWER O.I.S. has double* the corrective power to prevent hand-shake, and Intelligent Resolution Technology suppresses noise to bring out even tiny details with clarity and brightness. If your subject's face has been registered with the Face Recognition function, the camera will automatically detect him or her and make the optimal AF/AE settings, for beautiful portraits every time. You can also use Happy mode to take playful photos by intentionally emphasizing the contrast and increasing the color saturation.

The 25mm wide-angle lens in this super-compact camera captures almost twice the area of an ordinary 35mm lens, making it ideal for shooting group photos indoors or wide landscapes outdoors. The 5x optical zoom pulls distant subjects up close, and the exquisite rendering of the Leica DC lens lets you capture nuanced, expressive photos.
The new Scene mode “Cosmetic” lets you select Soft Skin, Natural Skin or Summer Look to render different skin tones. Choose from a color range that goes from delicate white to a bronze tan to create custom portraits.
